New administration building

Next major project

In a forest clearing on the company's premises, the group's new administration building will be built in the coming months. The building has a planned budget of 12 million euros and will be unique in several respects. On the one hand, the unusual architecture (architect: Büro Brückner & Brückner) of the four-story wooden building shows many facets - for example, light-flooded inner courtyards with trees, a viewing platform with a view of the sawmill, or the 18-meter-long tree trunks that frame the building. The main building material will be solid wood in the form of cross-laminated timber - a future new product line of the Ziegler Group. The building therefore also serves as a kind of show house. Almost exclusively companies from the immediate vicinity (e.g. Riedl Holzbau GmbH & Co. KG, Josef Reger Bau GmbH, ANDRITZKY) are working on the construction itself. If the weather conditions are optimal, the construction could be finished next year around the same time.
